Trong hạng mục phim ảnh, giải “Phim chính kịch hay nhất” thuộc về “Frankenstein”, trong khi “Marty Supreme” giành giải “Phim ca nhạc hoặc hài hay nhất”.
Ở mảng truyền hình, “Severance” được vinh danh là “Phim truyền hình chính kịch hay nhất”, còn “The Bear” chiến thắng ở hạng mục “Phim truyền hình ca nhạc hoặc hài hay nhất”.
Giải thưởng Cecille B. DeMille năm nay được trao cho nữ diễn viên Helen Mirren, ghi nhận những đóng góp to lớn của bà cho nền điện ảnh. Trong khi đó, Sarah Jessica Parker nhận giải Carol Burnett cho những cống hiến trọn đời trong lĩnh vực truyền hình.
